GymFam is a gym directory and comparison platform for Nigeria. We provide information about gyms, fitness centers, and related facilities to help users find suitable workout locations.

3. User Responsibilities

Users of the Platform agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Not misrepresent any gym or business
• Not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to interfere with the Platform's proper functioning
• Respect intellectual property rights

4. Gym Listings

When submitting a gym listing:

• You must have authorization to list the gym
• All information provided must be accurate and current
• You grant GymFam the right to display and promote your listing
• We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any listing
• Free listings may be subject to moderation before publication

5. Premium Listings

Premium gym listings receive enhanced visibility and features. Premium listing terms:

• Paid on a monthly subscription basis
• No refunds for partial months
• Can be canceled at any time (takes effect next billing cycle)
• Pricing subject to change with 30 days notice

6. Content and Reviews

User-generated content (reviews, ratings, comments) must be:

• Based on genuine experiences
• Free from offensive or defamatory content
• Not promotional or spam
• Respectful of others

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

GymFam is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of all gym information (verify directly with gyms)
• Availability or quality of listed gyms
• Uninterrupted or error-free platform operation
• Fitness results from using listed gyms

8. Limitation of Liability

GymFam and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform. Use listed gyms at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on GymFam, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GymFam or its content suppliers and protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
